We are beyond ready to get back to the salon & see everyone that we have missed so much! We hope this email finds everyone healthy, happy & prepared to ease back into regular routines. So much has changed since we saw you last. We are all still coming to grips with the COVID-19 pandemic & events triggered by it as everyone on the planet has been impacted by COVID-19.
We want to update you on our salons re-opening, & the steps we are taking to ensure we do everything possible to keep you & our team healthy. Information is constantly changing & we are doing our best to stay as up to date as possible. With that being said, we will be opening Tuesday, May 5th. We will be following strict scheduling protocols & measures to ensure the safety & well-being of you, our guests, & our team here at Landis Lifestyle Salon.
We ask for your patience as we begin to re-open. We have had to cancel or reschedule over 1,700 appointments, and we know that there is a strong desire to get back in with your service provider as soon as possible. Due to the volume of calls & messages we are receiving we will do our best to get back to you within 48 hours. This will be for the benefit of everyone, as this will ensure that we can follow the strict processes & procedures that we have implemented. We have already begun rescheduling appointments on a first-canceled-first rescheduled basis, which will help us be more efficient in helping everyone get back on track with their regular scheduled appointments.
