Landis Salon Health Safety Notice

Dear Landis Family,

We are beyond ready to get back to the salon & see everyone that we have missed so much! We hope this email finds everyone healthy, happy & prepared to ease back into regular routines. So much has changed since we saw you last. We are all still coming to grips with the COVID-19 pandemic & events triggered by it as everyone on the planet has been impacted by COVID-19.

We want to update you on our salons re-opening, & the steps we are taking to ensure we do everything possible to keep you & our team healthy. Information is constantly changing & we are doing our best to stay as up to date as possible. With that being said, we will be opening Tuesday, May 5th. We will be following strict scheduling protocols & measures to ensure the safety & well-being of you, our guests, & our team here at Landis Lifestyle Salon.

We ask for your patience as we begin to re-open. We have had to cancel or reschedule over 1,700 appointments, and we know that there is a strong desire to get back in with your service provider as soon as possible. Due to the volume of calls & messages we are receiving we will do our best to get back to you within 48 hours. This will be for the benefit of everyone, as this will ensure that we can follow the strict processes & procedures that we have implemented. We have already begun rescheduling appointments on a first-canceled-first rescheduled basis, which will help us be more efficient in helping everyone get back on track with their regular scheduled appointments. Our new procedures will include the following until further notice.

Visiting the Salon

When you arrive for your appointment, please stay in your car.

The front door will remain locked. Just call or text the salon to let us know you’re here. Once your stylists have sanitized the service area, either a Guest Relations Team Member or your stylist will come get you & help you get checked in for your appointment.

Please come alone.

We will be operating by appointment only. Absolutely no family members, children, or friends will be allowed inside without an appointment.

Masks will be required to be worn by all guests & team members prior to entering the salon.

We highly recommend that you bring your own as personal protective supplies are in short supply. If you do not have one with you, we have disposable masks available for a $3 fee while supplies last.

Prior to entering the salon

Our Guest Relations Team will be preforming simple screening that assesses your contacts, travel & over all well-being. If any answers indicate recent exposure to someone with COVID-19, we will help you reschedule once the specified 14-day self-quarantine requirement has been met.

Upon entering you will be required to sanitize or wash your hands.
Maintain 6-foot social distancing guidelines with all other guests in the salon.
Guests will be seated at every other station

& we have closed every other shampoo bowl which is one of the reasons we may have to reschedule a pre-booked appointment.

We ask for understanding while we work to address all of your needs

We have had to make some changes to the services we provide. As of right now, all complimentary stress relieving treatments will be discontinued.

WE LOVE OUR GUESTS!

We also love to chat with you at your appointment. Please understand that conversations may be reduced to allow for social distancing, running on time, & proper sanitation.

We will not be providing our coffee, Aveda Comforting Tea, or water at this time.

No Walk-in Retail Purchases

At this time we are providing curbside pick up for your convenience.
